Upwise Climber Training ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Free Climbing Video Analysis program at videoanalysis.climbupwise.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
What We Collect
When you submit a video analysis request, we collect:
Your name and email address — so we can send you your analysis
Video file(s) you upload (send video and/or attempt video)
Any questions or notes you optionally include with your submission
How We Use It
Your information is used solely to review your climbing videos and deliver personalized feedback to your email. We will not use your email for marketing, add you to any mailing list, or share your information with third parties.
How It's Stored
Submissions are stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database and storage provider. Video files are stored in a private, access-controlled storage bucket. Only Upwise coaches have access to your submission.
No Tracking or Cookies
This site does not use cookies, analytics tools, advertising pixels, or any third-party tracking. We collect only what you explicitly submit through the form.
Data Retention
Your submission data and videos will be retained for the duration of the analysis program and deleted within 90 days of the program's conclusion, unless you request earlier deletion.
Your Rights
You may request to view, update, or delete your submitted data at any time by emailing us at support@climbupwise.com.
